Flipkart — Product not delivered after passing the 9 days from given delivery date
Here I want to state that I ordered a Iphone 12 mini 128 gb dated 02/10/2021, the made payment of 43000 INR against the product cost, but same day after 5 hrs seller cancelled my product without any prior information. When I complained to flipkart, in response to that issue they refund me paid amount on instant basis, but I did not satisfy with the response, because I want to buy that product, I don't want any refund.
Than again I ordered same product on same date, they again accepted my order, I made payment against that, than they shipped my product and the delivery date which I got from their side was 5th of October, but my product was not delivered on that date, they extend the delivery date from 5th to 8th of October. But I didn't received the product till now.
Today, I got a call from flipkart and they are asking me to wait for 3 more days.
Now I am not in that condition to wait 3 more days, I need my ordered product or if they are not able to do it, i want my money which I paid + % of interest as per bank interest on paid amount + I want money against the misleading information about product delivery date.
And in all above activities they ruin my time and I am feeling mentally harassed.
