[Resolved] Flipkart — product not delivered & fake promises are given

Dear team,

I have placed an online order for online bluetooth headsets. Order id is fmpp[protected]
Even though i escalated the concern team still the order is not yet delivered.
From last two days i am getting update that the product will be delivered by eod. Two times this happened.
Today i am getting a call from your executive that the prooduct can not be delivered at my location as your curier service is not available here.
I am staying in mumbai andheri arear & i do not understand how come your people can not deliver the order to my place.

Order has been cancelled as you people requested to cancel the order as you were unable to do complete your responsibilities. & not mine.
you people are unable to deliver the order to me. so it is your issue & not mine.
