[Resolved] Flipkart — Product not delivered - lenovo vibe k5 note

I have ordered my mobile phone on flipkart dated 30th june, 2017. I have not received the same till date still the order status is showing as delivered. How is it possible. My order no. Is od109570162085366000. My product is lenovo vibe k5 note (Grey, 64 gb) (4 gb ram).
I have neither received any message nor any e mail notification informing about the order status. I have paid through credit card.
