[Resolved] Flipkart — Product not delivered - lenovo vibe k5 note

I have ordered my mobile phone on flipkart dated 30th june, 2017. I have not received the same till date still the order status is showing as delivered. How is it possible. My order no. Is od[protected]. My product is lenovo vibe k5 note (Grey, 64 gb) (4 gb ram).
I have neither received any message nor any e mail notification informing about the order status. I have paid through credit card.
