Bad customer service, i was speaking to a rep name nidi, she refused to help, nor was she able to transfer to supervise, also sounded like the supervise did not want to come on line. She disconnected the call, complaint "in[protected]". I had ordered a product, they did not accept the exchange, nor was i given an option, to get my new one. Extremely poor services. Order od[protected].
I have never experienced a worst customer services than this.
1. There were so many alternates & instant resolution you could have offered.
2. The call was disconnected in a unethical way.
3. I had to go through a mental trauma as i was forced to repeat myself 100 times.
4. Giant waste of my 1 hours, i was fully stressed, just because the manager did not come on the line nor was a concrete decision taken.
I need this problem resolved.
