[Resolved] Flipkart — product not delivered on time after uncounted follow ups | |||
I have been following up on the product delivery i ordered for my mothers birthday. To my surprise the flipkart sent the order on time but the delivery did not happen as the delivery boy denied to pick up the phone in exchange offer and demanded a new phone.. also he behaved in a very rude way. I have been enquiring about the status for past 3 days and the customer care is just buyinh more and more time without having any clear status update of the deivery. Flipkart sucks .
