[Resolved]  Flipkart — Product not delivered prepaid

I ordered a VEERAA CLOTHING Printed Women Round Neck Blue, Grey T-Shirt (Pack of 3) on 2nd May 2022 and paid online (Prepaid) and was supposed to get the delivery on 8th May 2022. On sunday evening i got a message that the product is out for delivery and at 6.27 i received a message that the product is delivered by Laxmikant Velip. I was at home and the product is not delivered to me. i complained to the customer care the same day at night 9 pm. and they promised to resolve the issue by 13th May 2022. Today i received a message that the query is closed. Now the customer care is just disconnecting my call if i question them. they say wait till 19th for a resolution for the query. each day ive followed up with flipkart with no reply

Flipkart called me and asked if i have received the product. and after confirming that i have not they have refunded my money . Thank you for ur help
