[Resolved]  Flipkart — product not delivered - seller and flipkart not responding or answering the calls

I have ordered a study table (No. Od[protected] with flipkart on 26.05.2018.

Please note that seller called me on 18.06.2018 and told me to cancel the order as they will not be able to deliver within the extended deadline. Since then i am trying to reach out to flipkart to cancel my order, no one is answering my calls and i am not getting any response.

Meanwhile, as of today the flipkart status shows as "product delivered", when i have not received the original product in hand.

Request you to look into this matter and cancel my order and please arrange the refund at the earliest.

Further to your call on 23rd June, you confirmed that you (Flipkart customer care) would revert within 48 hours, however till date I have not heard anything. Tried to reach you over phone, however the line is always busy. Kindly revert to me at the earliest.

On 10th July Flipkart customer care called me and confirmed that the seller agreed for refund and agreed to get back to me within 48 hours. On 12th July I got a call from Flipkart customer care and they again took all the information from me and said they do not have much information from their internal team and confirmed that they would contact me within 48 hours. I was asking for more information. However, flipkart customer care person was able to hear me on the phone and still flipkart customer care person kept on saying hello hello and just left the message as "not able to hear from me" and cut the call. This is really bad.

Its been a more than a month now. It would be really appreciated if I get refund at the earliest.
