[Resolved]  Flipkart — product not delivered, unethical behaviour

I am very much dissatisfied with the service provided by flipkart.
Flipkart don't respects value of customer time and money. I booked a mobile in flipkart with exchange of my old phone. At the time of delivery, delivery agent denied to accept my old phone because it has minor scratch.
Then i raised complaint in flipkart cc and sent snaps of my phone to them and they said we will tell that hub manager to accept. I don't know after 2 days my order got cancelled and reason for cancellation is customer not available for delivery. Now i wont get it for that amount. I wasted my 15 days for trusting flipkart and my money also stucked for 15 days. Are they going to give any compensation for this unethical behavior?

I ordered Vivo Z1 Pro from flipkart on 10 Aug 2019 at 11:58pm with offers available. I made payment and amount deducted from my a/c but my order was not placed. I was not able to see my product in my order section. Next morning i received a sms from flipkart we could not completed your order.
Order grocery on 3rd Aug expected delivery was on 7th Aug between 4pm to 8:30pm Delivery boy called at 10:40pm. they reschedule it for 8th Aug at 5pm on 8th Aug they reschedule it for 13th Aug, . this is totally fooling your customers. Order ID: OD[protected]
