[Resolved] Flipkart — Product not delivered yet and no update from last 3 days

My order of Nova NHT 1089 100% water proof order id OD[protected] had to deliver today but there has been no update so far.I called complaint center thrice but they were clueless . They did not have any update, the guy said it is delayed and would be deliver on any day. I'm a working guy who didn't go to office today just because the delivery date was today. So disappointed by flipkart u have wasted my whole day and money.Even if you deliver it by tomorrow or day after tomorrow then who will be responsible for the time that got waste.if you had sent me any update I would not have wasted my time today.Just a simple sorry by you will not heal the disappointment .Worst service of flipkart U have simply break the trust now .Need a proper justification in reply not sorry why it was delayed and if it was then why not informed to me and who is responsible for the whole day that I wasted ? And who will pay my working wages for today ?

Flipkart Customer Care's response We have interacted with the customer, found that the order was cancelled by the customer due to delay in delivery. Hence closing the case, refund status do not apply as it is a cash on delivery order.
