[Resolved]  Flipkart — product not delivering after delivery date passed and not answering

I have ordered one product from flipkart and that product is being delivered by ekart logistics. When i ordered it, that product was about to deliver before 5th of dec 2019. But as of now i can see. That max day limit is passed and 6th of dec is also about to over. But they are not answering my email and messages. I have also raised complaint over flipkart about it but no answers yet.

My ekart logistic id : fmpc[protected]

I am still arguing about my product is not delivered but no one is resolving my issue. I have explained though to flipkart customer care that how much that product important is. But still no response.

How the bad your services flipkart????? If you dont fulfill requirement on specific date then dont tell customer about specific dates of arrivals :/
I have bought it because I wanted it on 6th of Dec as a Gift for someone and still the product is not arrived. Now if product arrives what should I do? Gift that person for whom I have bought it? seriously??
How you are going to adjust my damages?
