[Resolved]  Flipkart — product not replaced/return after requesting twice on customer care

Product ordered and delivered : kylie jenner dolce k d... With order id od[protected]. I found it used and almost empty filed a replacement request. No response. Later, filed a return request. No response after call was made. I was told ill get a call. No response till now! Dont want this product. Take it away plz!
Dissapointed!
Flipkart doesnt care about its customers.
