[Resolved] Flipkart — product not returned/replaced during given time frame | |
Hi, I bought an mi note 7 phone from flipkart. I found a peculiar problem in the device and i raised a return request within 10 days (As per policy) but it was rejected since flipkart was not able to contact me (Because of problem in my device). Now they are not accepting any return/replacement request and asking me to visit service center, they call it resolution. Also, this so called resolution is provided after 15-20 repeated calls from my side, 2 technician visits, 4-5 times of calls which were placed on hold only. It's been only 20 days since i purchased the device. I'm really frustrated with it now. Kindly get my return request processed. Jun 21, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 20, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the product being defective. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the service engineer has confirmed that the issue has been resolved in customer device. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
