[Resolved] Flipkart — product not shipped and refund not done | |||
My order id is od[protected]. I ordered lg 55cm (22 inch) full hd led tv on sep 11th 2017. I paid rs.10, 999 through credit card. The original delivery date is sep 14th. The product was not shipped. So i contacted flipkart and they advised me to wait for 2 more days. After two days since item not shipped, i tried to cancel the order through the website. It was not successful. I contacted flipkart to cancel the order. They tried and said there is a technical error (Unable to cancel / refund). They said that they will escalate the issue and the technical team will work on it. After that different people from cust. Care used to call me and told me to wait for 24 or 48 hours. There frequency of the call reduced and now last 3 days there is no call. Today is oct 14th and i feel like cheated. I am mentally upset for last one month because of this. Oct 18, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart called me on 18th Oct and asked whether it is ok if I get the amount as gift card. I agreed since I don't want to drag the issue. I received the amount as gift card immediately after the call. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Nov 10, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on customer complaint.
