Flipkart — Product not working properly and seems fake to me
@flipkartsupport Hi. Adil imam here on 11th feb 2021 i got the delivery my product Apple airpods pro Invoice no. FAF07X[protected] and order id no-OD[protected]
From the day i got the delivery i have been raising the issue to flipkart regarding the product as it doesn’t seems genuine to me as non of his serial matches with the product and build quality is not proper and noise cancellation and transparency feature of the product doesn’t worked. Earlier from the customer care executive i got the assistance that the product will be replaced as the seller will again send the product to you. And for replacement date i got 18th feb 2021 on 18th feb 2021 flipkart wishmaster arrives at my place for the replacement of the product he checked the product and says the product is expensive and need more approvals from flipkart which you have to arrange means me from flipkart than they will collect the product. Than after that they never comes for the pick up than next day i went to the logistics team they said the product is with us but need the approval from flipkart to give you. So much of mental pressure and torture i have been gone through this with flipkart can’t tell and still facing the same. Product is still laying with me as a scrap which is of no use. I just got scammed and fooled by flipkart will never ever use his service in my life. My hard earned money got wasted just coz of flipkart. It’s a fraud which they did to me no proper customer support where the issues could have been sorted easily but flipkart did not did it and seller would have been selling this fake products to more of his customers where flipkart did not took any action against the seller. now when there 7 days return policy is over they you should contact the apple store more assistant as there policies is only for 7days return period.
