[Resolved]  Flipkart — product paid for, yet delivery agent says not paid

I had placed order (Od[protected] for the poco f1 phone on flipkart on 5th september 2018. With payment option cod, and to be delivered by 7th september. On the day of delivery, delivery agent requests to make payment other than card, as machine was not working. So i paid the amount (20999) via the flipkart website. And the amount gets promptly debited from my account.
However, delivery agent denies any notification of the payment, and hence asks for the amount to be paid by cash or phone payment. But the amount has already been deducted, and i'm not gonna make twice the payment.
Customer care informs that the payment has been made, and the updation process to the delivery agent will take a days time. But even the next day, the delivery agent is not updated about the payment, and asks for the amount to be paid. This time, customer care informs that they've raised a complaint, and it'll take 5 days to resolve it. But if the payment has been made, why should i have to wait for 5 more days to get my phone?? Why should it take so much time to notify the delivery agent that the payment has been made to the site???

The payment was unsuccessful in first place. Even then, the customer service was claiming that payment is successful, and product will be delivered within 5 days. Finally after checking with bank realised that payment unsuccessful, hence refund completed. Then called delivery guy and paid for it then and there.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
