Flipkart — Product received defective | |||
Od[protected] I ordered a richelle bath tub as a gift for my baby. Unfortunately i opened the parcel after the expiry of return period. I found the product with a small hole, video of which is uploaded. I tried to contact customer care 10 times but due to lockdown everytime i received a reply that flipkart is not able to take any returns due to lockdown therefore i tried to fix up the tub as i was in dire need to use it for my baby. But it did not work. Hence i request you to kindly exchange the product with the right product +1 videos Was this information helpful? | |||
