Dear sir This is second time that i recived another item that i had order kotion headphone of price rs 1540 and i recived china hadphone instaed of kotion bluetooth headset This is a wrong practice from flipkart I had request for repalcement But comapny is not agree for replacement My order no is od[protected] Date 20 march 2017 O kindly provide me replace ment for the product But right product kotion headphone from flipkart Was this information helpful? | |||||
May 17, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 04, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to the customer and said that the product is not available with the seller but we will replace the whole amount paid by the customer. Resolution given by us. Closing the complaint from our side.
