This is to informed you that i ordered grocery total 24 items in which there was 12 items were missing. I raised this issue with Flipkart team and they have not done there work properly that's why there was many refund request.
The seller team and courier delivery team have done some fraud, delivery boy have not delivered full list of grocery (this was informed to customer care team) and they assured me for the same, you can check with delivery boy and Flipkart team should investigate this issue seriously, I am asking for my hard earn money to back.
When i asked customer care team why such a delay happening from your end and why i have to raise many request for same thing. So team said that there were some technical issue that's why multiple request was done.
Now question is that, I paid full amount of my grocery in which half of my grocery was not delivered, and sellers team, delivery team and customer team have not done proper work then why should i have to loose my hard earn money???
You can check the account and go through with past history, i have never placed any return or refund request in past.
You can block my account permanently if you want, as I am really not happy with customer service and some fraud at sellers and delivery team, but i need my final refund of Rs876 (Fortune Sunlite Refined Sunflower Oil) as earliest as possible.
If you are not able to help me in this issue then request you to provide me details of higher authority so I can escalate this issue with them.

you can check that i have paid for this product but they said product was canceled. If product was cancelled then why no refund yet?
