Flipkart — Product return but payment is not refunded

I was purchesed le1s mobile of rs 10449 from flipkart on 8th april due to problem in mobile i was returned it on 28th april then after one week i called to flipkart customer care exc they told me they not recived product on their demand 0n 8th may i emailed the bluedart corrier recipt to them then also till date they are not refudding the amout recived from me its already more than 20 days and they are continuously giving false cometment

Please help me refunding my money
