[Resolved] Flipkart — product return without any justification | |||
First they have increased my delivery date. After that flipkart cancelled my order when the wish master came and checked my laptop in buy back offer he refused instantaneously that my order is damaged and it is damaged from no where and he prosperously removed my lamination and damaged the laptop personally. After that wish master told me that i can afford the laptop only after paying the full amount. I immediately lodge a complaint on their portal and they asked me to wait for 48 hours to reconfirm my order but after that they cancelled my order and returning my money late so that they can make interest. They harassed me for around 4 days and they are harassing now also. I literary beg to consumer forum to help me out and provide me justice Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Dec 27, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the order has been cancelled without customer consent. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the order has been cancelled by the courier service provider as the exchange product did not meet seller exchange policy. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
