[Resolved] Flipkart — product returning complaints | |||||
This is wrost service in flipkart side, i ordered shoes but iam received different item. Ofterords i will decide to return the item also i will put a request to return policy. At the time of delivery iam not receiving any price tag. Today morning same team came for pic the item that are asking 3rd time price tag. Each and every time i will intimidate customer care department they will also not responding properly. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Jul 26, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response customer complained that price tag was also missing. We tried multiple times to reach customer but always failed. Hence closing the case from our end till customer reverts with alternate number.
Verified Support Jul 26, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response customer complained that ordered for black color and received blue color and no price tag also. We interacted and apologized for the issue, informed that he has ordered for blue color and we have delivered the same so return will not be accepted. customer started abusing and dropped the call. Hence closing the case from our end.
