[Resolved] Flipkart — product seal is opened | |
Worst packing and delivery service ever faced. When I received the product the seal was opened and I doubt that I have received a genuine product from flipkart and the delivery guy calls up several tym oly to confirm the address though it was guided properly and he orders me to come and collect the product somewhere else. I dono y flipkart is outsourcing it to a different vendor . Many of the other product which I had purchased has a very good packing neither such issues I have faced earlier . Please give some training to that delivery guy that how to interact with customer . He just dropped the box and ran away by not responding to our query about the seal and the number of that guy is [protected] also hesitated to tel his name
