[Resolved] Flipkart — product undelivered and its delayed by 12 days | |||
Dear team, I would like to register a complaint against flipkart services, i booked a dove shampoo during the big billion days and the delivery date was 5th october 2019. The order was not delivered to me nor even attempted to be delivered, when i raised this concern with flipkart they asked me to cancel this product as it was placed at very lowest price and seller is denying to ship the product. It was not my mistake at all and it was completely flipkarts error for agreeing the order while placing it. As a customer i am eligible for a compensation for experiencing these losses and facing this damage caused by flipkart. I need full refund of my money and the product must be delivered to me asap. We request you to place a fresh order. However, the seller has completed the refund on 06 Nov 19 and it should be reflecting in your account by now. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
