I have ordered techgear mini 5 1 audio rush digital channel dts ac3 hd audio rush digital surround sound decoder for hd players dvd xbox360 media streaming device on 9th jan 2020, it will delivered me on 18th jan 2020, It was an dead product with different specifications and power cable also not fit for the device, so i have complaint on customer care executive to resolve. They accept for an replacement and forward my issue to the flipcart team and seller, I clearly told that in replacement there's an defective or different product has received, i need an refund. Replacement product approved on 20th jan and it delivered on 28th jan, when i was opened i am very shocked and realized that i was cheated again by flipcart/seller. It is an used old mi power bank with an power adaptor, i think it was an purposely done at an second time. Again i was contact customer care executive and share this issue. They calm down me and make a note on it, i hope it will give an better solution and to refund my money. In 29th jan 2020 again my refund request is cancelled. Customer care executives really do their work or not?. Flipcart assured badge sign on that product.. So only i ordered, then why they are not solving my problem for refund? They put 10days return policy, but my return request process for 2 days and it will cancelled.. Very very worst services, i am mentally depressed. I know that there's is an no compromise thing that not given from filpcart/seller side.. I had an proof of video and pictures if need i will share it.. This mail is to show how i am cheated and to proceed fast for refund request.. I am very disappointed on flipcart. Was this information helpful? | |
