[Resolved] Flipkart — products cancelled automatically without notification | |||||
I've ordered 2 items 1.Sandisk penddrive 2. Skybag on offer flat 500 on each via paying through debit card. Then the order is placed and got notification that product is shipped. But after few hours automatically the products got cancelled and I got message "refund has been initiated". If Flipkart can't provide the promised offers why showing on the app and website. And after that when contacted the customer service they are doing nothing and saying only "we're sorry" and asked me to reorder the same but with a higher price. Also I've asked to transfer to higher authorities but they put me on hold and didn't transfer and I had to cut down the call. Was this information helpful? | |||||
