[Resolved] Flipkart — purchase with exchange | |||
My friend ordered samsung galaxy nxt with exchange. Order id: od[protected]. Delivery was expected on 19/01 but came only 20/01. Person picked up the replacement item is defective and can't be taken and he left. Looking for payment of remaining balance amount (Taken for exchange) and give the product. No one gives answer for it and only response getting is, place new order and pay. Refund of first order will be credited in 6 business working days. Product is same, payment 98% of payment was already done. Now flipkart expects new order and make payment. Was this information helpful? | |||

Today I am seeing flipkart offer the same product @ 9, 999. In my case, Rs. 10, 200 is already paid. Why not the product be delivered to customer?. My friend is in dilemma to buy from shop / choose other online seller. Overall, this experience changed mindset of people with flipkart.
