I purchased whirlpool 360 ltr refrigerator from flipkart on 22 sep 2022 and it is delivered on 23 sep 2022 and the brand installation came on 24 sep 2022 he said that the product got gas chock raised a complaint for replacement.
My replacement got confirmed and received on 29 sep 2022 the delivery person open the product and ask us to check for any damage but it got dent on right side I asked the delivery person for replacement but he refused and started shouting on us.
Then he called some person from ekart logistic and asked me to speak he said you will be given 3 options one replacement second coupons for 20% and third is cancelling the product
I asked the second one for coupons he said it will be credited on your account please wait for 24 hours but 48 hours gone nothing is happened
I called customer care they were saying that we don't receive any information like that someone has fooled you. So please give me the solution Was this information helpful? |
