[Resolved] Flipkart — raised a request for return product | |||||
Hello team, This is sreekanth. I order samsung on next mobile (Order id:od[protected] in flipkart on 7th dec 2017. I received a different product called moto g+ mobile delivered by a flipkart on 9th dec. I placed a request for return/replace the product which i ordered but i didn't get any response from them. I kept on calling customer service since 10th dec 2017 but those bloody people telling that they provide an update within next 24 hrs but as of now i didn't get an update. I really tired frustrated with these nasty service providing by flipkart. I don't really understand how long these people are taking to come and pick up the product and deliver the correct product. I ordered mi a1 mobile on saturday 9th December.It shown that item will be delivered before 14th Dec.But it didn't packed till now, so please deliver the item before 15th Dec.As I was going out of the town.
