Sir me pooran singh hu me sanewal bhairomuna se hu. Sir mene mobile ke related complaint karna chahta hu. Ki me 4may ko phon order kiya tha. Jo 5 may ko diliver hona tha but muje diliver nahi hua. Jab mene customer care executive se bat ki ta vo bole 9may taq diliver ho jaye ga. But mene khud jakar pic up karne ke liye v kaha tha but uske liye v mere ko rspons nahi mila. Sir mere se puche bager hi mera order cancelled kar diya gya. Aap ke customer care executive se puchane par mera call disconnect kar diya gya ki aap ki tarf se koi response nahi aa raha. Aur 10may ko muje bataye bager mera order cancelled kar diya gya. Such puche to flipkart se mera man nirash ho gya. Jun 14, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 13, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the order was cancelled without customer consent. We regret to inform that the order was cancelled by the courier service provider as the customer pincode is not serviceable by the courier service provider. Also, the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on May 10, 2019. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
