Flipkart — Realme Narzo 10A and Flipkart account blocked | |
Recently I purchased Realme Narzo 10a from Flipkart and it was delivered to me damaged so I chose to return it but the very next day Flipkart blocked my account saying they have unusually high no of returns whereas I haven't even returned a single product in the last 4-5 months. The return policy if my phone is ending on 08 July 2020 but they are not willing to return it. Please help Was this information helpful? | |
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jul 09, 2020 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are sorry to let you know that your return request has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.

I know that but you can check my purchase history and see that I haven't even returned a single product in 4-5 months so can that be unusually high no of returns so atleast give me the list of items I have returned to verify your dtatememt
