[Resolved] Flipkart — received a damaged washing machine | |||||
This is for my order number: od[protected]. Flipkart delivered a damaged washing machine to us in the beginning of january 2019. They approved the return request but after 10 days they automatically cancelled from their side. I have a damaged washing machine lying at home and they have taken my 18000 rupees. Verified Support Jan 28, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer has come up stating he received damage product. We interacted with customer and refund was provided and closing the case.
