I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered with a product I purchased from Flipkart.
On May 3rd, I purchased a Daikin 1.5 ton 5-star AC from Flipkart. The product was delivered on 6th may, and the installation was scheduled for May 9th, But the installation was completed on May 16th even though i have waited patiently. However, during the installation process, the technician informed me that the AC unit was defective and advised me to return it.
Following the technician's recommendation, I promptly initiated the return process. However, since then, I have not received any updates regarding the status of my return or any further steps that need to be taken.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and providing me with an update on the return process. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but it is important for me to have clarity on the next steps and a resolution for the defective product.
Please let me know the current status of my return and when I can expect a replacement or a refund.
