Hi Sir, I have ordered 2 Vishudh Kurta & Plazo set, but received completely different products for both of them, before that I have ordered Saree kits and for that also I have received different product and before that I have ordered a Towel set but received a earphone. In May this year I have ordered AC from flipkart but then seller has cancelled the AC, flipkart told me order again and told that Rs 2000 voucher will be provided to you, but again flipkart has cancelled the order because of this I have to pay more money from my pocket for the AC and voucher also I didn't got.
If I am trying for replacement of suits support is saying that replacement is not available but I have invested my time in getting these products in this price range. If this is a mistake from seller end then why we customer should suffer.
Now I want that flipkart should provide me the same suits which I have ordered by exchanging the wrong product I have received.
