Dear Sir, I purchased i refrigerator from Flipkart during Big Billion Days offer on[protected], 10:38 AM, (Order ID OD[protected] and received the product at my home on 03.10.2022. Unboxing done by delivery persons, i found dent on the body of fridge. ( Video was recorded during unboxing). So immediately i lodge a complain for replacement, Flipkart lodged my complain for replacement and gave me time to resolve by 7th Oct. but on 7th they again extended the resoling time to 10th October. and on 10th Oct they rejected my complain stating there is no dent on the body. So I again asked flipkart to reopen the case, Then I re-uploaded the video and photos in which damage was reflecting clearly accordingly they gave me deadline time to resolve the isse by 13th October. and on 13th October they extended their deadline time to 17th October, but again on 17th Oct without resolving the issue, They cancelled my lodged complain. 3rd time i lodge again to replacement they gave me time to resolve the issue by 22nd Oct, and then seller accepted for replacement, and one representative came at home for inspection on 22nd Oct, He said that there is damage on the body so i will not take it back, We said dear there is damage on the body that's the reason i asked to replaced. He denied to take the product and leave my home without taking the product. Again I called to Flipkart 22nd Oct, it was 4th time when i lodge the same complain and again they gave me time to resolve the issue by 24th Oct. but now there is update on my flipkart account that your complain is put on hold and to be resolved by 26th October. Every time they are giving me some deadline and extending the deadline time then closing the issue.
