[Resolved] Flipkart — received damaged product | |||
Hello sir, i ordered refrigerator through flipkart and they delivered the same on sunday 6th october 2019, the product recieved to me was fully damaged from side and alot of scratches on front side, this was not acceptable, i have spent 34, 860 rs for the refrigerator and they game me scrap product, i have raised a refund request for the same and they told me a technician will visit and check for the issue, on 9th october technician visit was also done and they told me the same that this refrigerator can only be replaced, so i contacted flipkart for the same and they told me to wait for 24 hours, after 24 hours gone i gave them again a call and they told me that internal team is working to get the issue resolved, but till now remarks are not updated, seller hasnt approved my refund which they supposed to approve by 9th october and today is 11 october, everyday they are giving me same response that you should wait for 4 days and all, they gave deadline for today and i just called them and now again they gave a new time i. E for 15 october, this is not fair with the customer, there should be strict action on the seller, seller is not approving my refund request even after technician visit, please take a strict action against the seller and flipkart for mis-guiding the customers, i wont be purchasing anything again on flipkart, really they are trying to loot customers My order id for flipkart :- od[protected] My contact number :- [protected], [protected] Item purhcased:- samsung 345 l frost free double door 3 star convertible refrigerator Amount paid :- 34860 Refund still not approved by the seller Was this information helpful? | |||
Oct 17, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved finally after complaining to consumer court and posting on there social media pages they agrred for the replacement hence refunded the money Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. We’d like to let you know that the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on 14 Oct 19 and should be reflecting on your credit card by now. Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your credit card before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
