[Resolved] Flipkart — received damaged samsung 253l fridge

I ordered samsung 253l refrigerator in flipkart on date fri, dec 8th '17 3:45 pm. But while installation person opened the package we found its damaged and packed and went out. And said "place return request".
I placed return request after 3 days its rejected. Many times called customer care people but they are telling we are deputing service person for estimating damage and to approve return request.
But no one came for that.. Return request got cancelled.

Two times replacement requests are cancelled without being deputed any Technician visit is done
