[Resolved] Flipkart — received damaged samsung 253l fridge | |||
I ordered samsung 253l refrigerator in flipkart on date fri, dec 8th '17 3:45 pm. But while installation person opened the package we found its damaged and packed and went out. And said "place return request". I placed return request after 3 days its rejected. Many times called customer care people but they are telling we are deputing service person for estimating damage and to approve return request. But no one came for that.. Jan 3, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Item pickup completed on 3rd jan.and refund intiated Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Dec 18, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
