[Resolved]  Flipkart — received defective product, replacement request even after 21 days still waiting

Product delivered with damage condition
In the app not able to make replacement request.
Hence begging the flipkart cc for help.
But no one has not doing anything,
Just to make a replacement request to the supplier, each and every time asking 48hr, there after no any solution, again request, same story still going.
How much big company reputation spoiled by the cc.
Or it's just a auto reply system?!
Is it possible to compline higher authorities.

I have called by CC phone, requested through email, requested from Twitter, requested through Facebook, now from here, in all the places only one time answer that we are working on it, be patient

What happened to all my complient !? today 28 nothing done. This complient regarding the customer service response, for the past 21 days what the Customer Support doing . No a point of imrovment on my requests. I am asking give me your next level support official contact.
