[Resolved] Flipkart — received defective product with wrong serial no. | |||
I ordered a asus laptop from flipkart on 8 March & received the product on 11 March. But when I used the laptop on the first day it got hanged & was hanged until the laptop's battery got completely discharged. I requested replacement of laptop on 12 March & the wish master came with the replacement on 16 March but he refused to pick up the old laptop & provide replacement because when he was matching the serial no. mentioned on the back of product with the serial no.mentioned on the order receipt, both the no.s were not matching(last 3 digits of serial no. were missing on laptop). Hence, I again contacted Flipkart to solve my problem & provide me the replacement. I have mailed & called them many times but every time the gave me a new date to resolve my issue. I am frustrated now and want my money back. Their customer support is ridiculous, the don't try to understand our problem & solve it.They only give false hope that our issue will get resolved.
