[Resolved] Flipkart — received different product | |||
Sir, I orderd oriflame skin night youth cream, it's price 860/-. When i got parcel from flipkart, it was packed, when i opend it, there was another oriflame cream, which price 324/- on flipkart websight. So i got wrong product. I paid 1720/- for 2 packs, and they sent product worth 648/-. I complaint at that moment in flipkart's customer care, they told me that they will change it in 2 days. But now when i contact them, everytime they ask me, what's matter, and say it'll be resolve in 24 hours, but still i didn't get any help by company. Even they ask me again and again what's matter, like they didn't know anything. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Oct 12, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response The customer complaint about received different product. We had interacted with the customer and processed the refund. Once pick up is completed refund will be processed. Hence closing the complaint from our end.
