[Resolved] Flipkart — received different product with low resolution | |||
Hi, I have ordered a realme 5 crystal purple from Flipkart on 13th oct'19, received a different colour shown in their website(pictures attached) and in their description it's mentioned it's a quad camera setup, received as quad setup only but the picture quality is not like a megapixel setup. It's really poor like a vga camera. I've raised the issue, they are denying to accept it that the product colour is different. They are ready for replacement but I'll be getting the same product only. So need refund for this as I'm not happy with the brand's description. Was this information helpful? | |||
