Flipkart — received product in bad shape and state - stinky water and fungus. | |
I ordered shows from flipkart, i received in a horrible state. I requested for replacement, it didn't work. I requested for refund. Pick-up guy came for wrong product. So requested pick-up again, the pick-up guy was hesitant to pick-up horrible product. Reached flipkart 1000 times to arrange for pick-up on urgent basis. After back-back calls, escalations, in-app filings, no-one cared. No one came. I had to throw the stinky fungus products. After a week someone reached out asking experience with the product & flipkart. Then i again explained my issue to the agent. No one cared. Twitter support also sucks.
