[Resolved] Flipkart — Received Wrong Product and Not getting returned | |||||
I have ordered Sky Bag Mario 02.02.30 L Backpack Order on 15th Sept. With Order ID[protected] with was delivered to me on 19th Sept. By Bluedart.i Received a totally different item. So, I requested for return on 20th Sept from there every day I received a message from Delhivery for reverse pickup but they cannot came to pickup yet. I called Flipkart continues for 1 week but Everytime they said next 24hours your issue will be solved which was not yet.Now, After 1week my request get Cancelled by Flipkart.Now, I again requested for return yesterday I received same message from Delhivery that by the end of today your Reverse pickup with happen which is not happen yet.I am a student a have know my money value but Flipkart and Delhivery are Played with me.I seriously get frustrated from these.
