I order redmi note 4 on 21/09/2017 from flipkart and make payment of 9899 after order is placed delivery date of product 22/09/2017 but i didn't not received when i track my order it's show order missroute after this i call flipkart customer service excutive i informed everything what. Its happen he told by mistake it's happen you received your product on 27/9/2017 i told him okay.
On 23/09/2017 flipkart excutive call me and told you need to cancel your order bcoz of missroute we can't help for you your refund will credit with in 6days.
Bcoz of this my sbi cash back offer gone and i can't buy the product on big billon sale offer my money is block
Please take serious action for this
