Flipkart — Redmi note 4G

Hi we have purchased the redmi note 4g the mobile from flipkart and now the mobile is not charging and when we visited to service center they are asking as to pay 500rs to check as we dont see any external damage in the handset and the handset is under warranty of 1year but still we are forced to pay, kindly help to get claim the warranty or to replace the handset.
