Flipkart — redmi note 6 - wrong product delivered

I have ordered a Redmi note 6 mobile phone where i received Realme on 4th july. i have lodged a complaint with flipkart for replacement on the same day. they assured the issue would be resolved by 9th Jul . Since the issue has not resolved, i requested for the refund which is still not addressed. I dont need the replacement instead i need my refund.
