[Resolved]  Flipkart — redmi note 7 pro mobile handset

This is regarding complaint about refund/replacement of defective mobile recieved from flipkart on january 18th 2020. I have been facing hang issue, self touch issue and few other performance related issue with the mobile after few days o[censored]sage. I had informed flipkart regarding this and they had arranged technician visit on the same four times but the technician visited only twice. First time he said he did os reinstallation and it worked fine for that point of time, but after 2 hours it started having the same issue along with multiple issues. Second time, i gave for a return request, and again techician visit was allocated but he did not come and gave a fake update as issue is resolved. I had informed this to flipkart but of no use. Again, i requested a return and this time the technician visited and he seemed to have done display test on mobile instead of performance issue testing on mobile. When i asked him what he is doing, he said he is doing engineering test on it. I clearly haven't heard of something like that.

Now again, it did not work as expected. I informed flipkart but they did not approve of it and told me to visit service centre. When i visited service centre, they did not take up the issue, saying their chief technician is not available and come after 2 days (Which means i went on thursday and they asked me to come after 2 days. I asked shall i come on saturday. They said to visit on monday). I told them the issue but they said they can only repair but cannot refund or replace it as i had bought it from flipkart and not offline. I had informed this to flipkart but they said they spoke like they are not responsible.

Then again i went to mi service centre. This time it was even more frustrating because they said they cannot take the mobile in the evening time, since they finish off any issue the same day itself and asked me to do screen recording and bring the mobile the next day. They had added some software or updated software. I did as they said and bought it but when i went and gave them the mobile, they asked me to show which recording has the issue popped up. I said ok and went on to search for it. Moved those recordings to seperate folder and gave it to them. While doing this one of the video got stuck inbetween and a popup got displayed saying "mi video is not responding."i took screenshot of it and also showed the exact issue to the customer executive. She took it and showed it to the person working on it. By the time the video started to play (Is what they said). They seemed to be ignorant of the issue but later accepted it has issue and took the mobile for observation and they kept it. I asked when to get it back, they said they will call and inform me about it. But they did not call next dy and i informed about this to mi by contacting them through toll free number. I again waited for 3 days without mobile in hand. All thes while i kept contacting flipkart and informing them about the status and everytime different customer executive speaks and i have to explain the whole issue from the first.

I literally got fed up with their service. Over 6 times they have rejected my return and replacement request. I had send emails to them since they had asked me for the complaint number but no reply from them. Everytime i call and raise concern, they say my issue will get resolved within 24 to 48 hours. Soetimes even 72 hours but till now. But issue never gets resolved. I have more to say but i am stopping here.

I asked flipkart executive that if my mobile has no concerns even after tech visit, then why would mi service centre say that it has issue? I have raised this concern within 10 days of replacement policy and still not resolved. I want an answer for this. I do not know any higher officials to contact to and i hd asked them to help me connect to them regarding this issue but no one helped. I have all rights to ask for return or replacement for this product. I will take this issue to as many people as possible, if flipkart is still not ready to do the refund or replacement of the product.

Fk blocked my account and have not been accepting a damaged product stating that i have huge no of returns which is not true. I do not want to loose my 9000 and need the refund please. Please do not activate my account as i wont be using anyways. Just return my money.
