[Resolved] Flipkart — redmi note 7 pro, not receive rs.16999 refund in account

Flipkart — i haven't received any refund yet

Sir on 10th april i ordered an mi phone redmi note 7 pro 6gb 128gb which was priced at rs 16999... After placing the order i got a message after almost 2 hours that my order has been canceled... And i was assured that the refund will get credited to your bank account till 18th april... And today is 22nd april and i haven't received my refund yet... And flipkart is not giving any response.. Please look into the matter

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the refund is not received. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller has confirmed that refund has been completed on April 10, 2019. However, if the amount is not reflecting in customer account, requested customer to contact the bank and raise a charge back for the same. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
