[Resolved]  Flipkart — redmi note 7 pro phone

Hi team,

I ordered a phone last month on 16th October which was initially suppose to deliver on 24th Oct and later date was changed to 31st October but I still haven't receive the product .I called customer service multiple times for an update but everytime I get the robotic answer that team will get back to you in 24-48 hours and I am getting the same answer since last 10 days . I don't have any update where is my product and when it will be delivered. It was a prepaid order these is how you treat customer . App page is still showing delivery date as 31st October which is not updated as well . I am not sure if you are delivering from different planet or what so it is taking so much time and most funny thing is ur team is not able to get a update on this . Please take this request seriously otherwise I will have no option then going to consumer court and file a complaint about it . Below is my order Id and registered id-
