[Resolved] Flipkart — redmi note 7 pro speaker not working | |||
Flipkart delivered faulty Redmi note7Pro. Their return policy is sham. They send technician on site and then close request with comments that replacement refusal. They have their partner Jeevs to provide onsite visit. In my case, while onsite technician (Amnit Singh) agreed poor audio level on the phone. When he reported the same to remote supervisor (Ashish), he started pointed out problem with user instead of accepting the problem. It seems it was his job and his salary perks are based on number of requests he is able to reject. When I explained that this iis my second MI 7 pro and I am not naive in user, he started arguing. I have phone recording with me. I requested him to pass on the genuine and correct feedback to you. But not sure why you are not transparent to customer. Immediately after the visit, I gave call to Flipkart and asked them to record it and not to close the request. But as usual all my request fell on deaf ears and your customer care is all mechanical. I can challenge to anyone that phone is malfunctioning and is not fit to use. If you do not take action, then I need to explore alternate options. Was this information helpful? | |||
