[Resolved]  Flipkart — refund again 1

I had placed an order of Redmi Note 4 on 16th August 2017.However the order was not successful and the money for the order had been deducted from my account instantly. So I mailed them the scenario and they replied me assuring that my money would me refunded within 8 business days. However until today the money has not been refunded and on contacting several times they told me to enquire in my bank. On enquiry the bank proves me that the money has been deducted from my account to flipkart. And even after all this the customer service of flipkart tells me that they have not received the amount earlier...

As we already informed customer that we have not received the payment as it is reflecting as Failed. Also requested customer to raise a dispute with the bank for the transaction. Closing the complaint from our side.

Very bad and slowly process harassment of customer and concerned staff not get deeply info/Action concerned team finally my amount has been refunded by Flipkart due to I had made 1000 complaints mails etcThanks God

very bad and shameful service of flipkart I request to every body do not purchase from flipkart we goto Amazon who have refund in very smoothly in minimum 2 to 5 days and amazon is very nice service I request through this media to flipkart boss to create better staff or change concerned team otherwise stop to made foolish people of my lovely contry
